Last weekend we had the pleasure of photographing little Danika and her parents. Adam and I were so impressed with this little baby – she was such a pro! She was always very aware of the camera and where we were in the room. Danika would pose and smile and she just blew us away. She’s a natural!
As promised last week, here are a few more wedding photos from Stephanie and Edward’s special day.
By the time the reception rolled around, everyone (guests included) changed into Ghanian attire. The colors and designs were just amazing! It was very clear that everyone was ready to party! Considering the fun we had during Stephanie and Edward’s engagement photo session this isn’t a surprise.
One of the wedding favors was a custom-made, traditional Kente cloth stole.
A Ghanian dancer was even on hand to entertain the guests with a traditional African dance.
Adam and I couldn’t resist getting in on the action either!

I love weddings!! The anticipation, the excitement, the emotion. It’s all good! And Stephanie and Edward’s wedding had it all. You may remember Stephanie and Edward from their engagement photo session that we blogged last month.
These two are so in love with each other! Stealing glances and kisses with each other all day. Their happiness just infected everyone around them, and it made for a wonderful day!

As promised previously, here are a few more newborn pics from our mini photo session with our new nephew, Liam. Angela and Cory were so happy to add Liam to their family that already included their twin daughters Leila and Caris.
He was only 5 days old at the time, but he was already starting to lift up his head to pose for us! (In between feedings, that is.)
We were so excited to learn of the birth of our new nephew, Liam, that we just couldn’t wait to take newborn photos of him!

Kids grow up so fast! One minute they’re rolling around and the next, they’re up and mobile! Given a wide open space and some bubbles, these girls giggled up a storm and had a great time while we took some child photos. This was one of the first times, since learning to walk, that the girls were outside in the grass. Since we were in an open field they were able to run around on their own a bit and they loved it.
You may remember Leila and Caris from their baby blog post and their christmas blog post. We also took some photos at Angela and Cory’s wedding a few years ago which we blogged as well.
