Christmas is a time for family. And, while everyone is all together, it’s a great opportunity to take family portraits!
Here are some of our shots from the Schauerte family’s photo shoot which includes four generations.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – we have awesome clients!

When we venutred out for the Campbell Family’s shoot, it was a bit colder than we expected. And poor little Sophie had the sniffles. But despite all of that, she never complained and she just kept being her cute little self until she eventually tired herself out. (Aww!)
Melissa & Jason are a wonderful couple and we had a great time photographing them and their family.

It was a sun-showery Saturday morning when we met up with Clara & Bill for their maternity session. They are expecting their first baby in a few weeks and you could just feel the excitement and anticipation in the air!
After doing some shots at their home and in the new nursery (which I love, love, loved!), we ventured out for some shots in the rain. Despite the weather, the sunlight was just beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more!

As promised last week, here are a few more wedding photos from Stephanie and Edward’s special day.
By the time the reception rolled around, everyone (guests included) changed into Ghanian attire. The colors and designs were just amazing! It was very clear that everyone was ready to party! Considering the fun we had during Stephanie and Edward’s engagement photo session this isn’t a surprise.
One of the wedding favors was a custom-made, traditional Kente cloth stole.

A Ghanian dancer was even on hand to entertain the guests with a traditional African dance.

Adam and I couldn’t resist getting in on the action either!

Congrats Stephanie & Eddie! We wish you all the very best as you two start your new life together as husband and wife!!
I love weddings!! The anticipation, the excitement, the emotion. It’s all good! And Stephanie and Edward’s wedding had it all. You may remember Stephanie and Edward from their engagement photo session that we blogged last month.
These two are so in love with each other! Stealing glances and kisses with each other all day. Their happiness just infected everyone around them, and it made for a wonderful day!
Here’s a sneak peak:

One of the perks of this job is not only getting to meet new people, but also getting to re-connect with people that you may have lost touch with.
Stephanie and Christina attended High School together and since then, we have just creeped on each other’s Facebook pages on occasion. So you can imagine my delight when she contacted us to do engagement photos for her and her fiancé, Eddy.
This was, by far, the funnest photo shoot we have done to date! Eddy & Stephanie are both jubulant, vibrant and passionate people who love to have fun and who share a lust for life. And that certainly showed through in their photographs. They are also a smokin’ hot couple!!!

Our good friends Jasmine & Howard are expecting their first child in June. We were delighted to take maternity photos for them, and had a fun time experimenting with different shots. It was so sweet to see how much these two are in love! One thing is for sure – that’s going to be one very loved baby!

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of doing a double maternity shoot for Charlotte & Shauna. These friends are due only a week or so apart from each other.
This is Shauna’s first baby and Charlotte’s second. Both moms-to-be were so easy going and fun to work with.
Congratulations to you both! We can’t wait to meet your new arrivals!

Last fall Crowe Photo was asked to take some couples photos of Darci and Matt. So we took them out to the lake near our house to capture some of the beautiful autumn foliage. After awhile they got used to the fact that we were shooting at them from every angle and they eventually felt at ease. (As you can tell from the “lovey dovey” look in their eyes.)
And we are very happy to announce that this beautiful couple is now engaged! Congrats Darci and Matt!
